Confluence 2026

I am excited that “Paris Lines” was accepted into “Confluence”, a virtual exhibition that brings together creative voices in a shared digital space, exploring the intersection of cultures, ideas, and artistic practices. Presented in honor of World Art Day, the exhibition reflects the IAA-USA’s commitment to global dialogue, demonstrating how art connects people across borders and enriches our collective human experience.

Confluence will be projected inside Gloria Delson Contemporary Art Gallery at 6 pm – 9 pm on April 11th and for the remainder of the month. The celebration for World Art day will also include a group show “Spark” featuring the creator and instigator of World Art Day, Honorary IAA World President, Bedri Baykam. In the Delson Lounge “A Layered Approach” and “Composition by Adria Becker and SUKI will also be on view.

Paris Lines framed Confluence

Paris Lines captures a dense network of railroad tracks, their metallic surfaces glinting with an almost ethereal light against the deep, matte shadows of the surrounding ties and gravel. This dramatic interplay of light and dark imbues the scene with a sense of timelessness, stripping away any immediate indicators of era or precise location. The ways in which the lines converge and diverge, creates a visual labyrinth.
